Jouth of Las Olas, Rio Vista is one of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest waterfront neighborhoods: deep-water canals with ocean access, and a mix of restored 1920s Mediterranean homes and newer construction. It is walkable to downtown and the boulevard, and still feels residential in a way few waterfront pockets do.
